Receive an estimate.
A rental agent will be in touch as soon as possible with a formal quote for your review.

Let us know. We can work with you on pricing and/or offer alternative items to get the job done on budget.

Book your rental.
Confirm your rental with us when you are ready. Talk to your rental agent about scheduling a camera prep if needed, and finalizing logistics.
First time client?
Submit client account paperwork and insurance to get setup in our system before your pickup day. More info here.

Photos of the Credit Card being used and the Card Holder's ID, front/back.

A Certificate of Insurance detailing coverage for Rented Equipment

The COI should be made out to: Scheimpflug, 546 West 48th Street, NY, NY 10036​

The Coverage Amount should meet or exceed the Replacement Value of your order​. This total can be found at the bottom or your rental quote.

A Tax Exemption Certificate if your business has a valid status.

A signed Rental Contract / Quote.

RENTAL PRICING
The prices listed on our site are 1-Day Rates. This is just a starting point and depending on the size and length of your rental, we will work with you on a custom quote that fits your production and budget needs. Learn more about our pricing structure below.
DELIVERY SERVICES
Delivery and pickup services are available upon request and must be scheduled in advance. Provide your rental agent with the address and delivery date/time to receive a quote.
CAMERA CHECKOUTS
Our dedicated Camera Facility is located in Chelsea, Manhattan. The prep floor features multiple MYT Works Opti-Glide systems for precise camera and lens testing. Checkouts are highly encouraged for cinema packages so we can work with you to ensure you have everything you need for your shoot.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Having issues on set or need technical assistance?

Call or email us if you are experiencing any technical difficulties with your rental - We will help troubleshoot and find a fix. We have found that most issues can be solved over the phone. If we still can't get it to work we will fly a replacement your way to get your shoot up and running. Even if you are unsure if there is a problem or if you no longer need the item, still let us know so we can log the issue.
