Submit client account paperwork and insurance to get setup in our system before your pick-up day. More info here.
SETUP AN ACCOUNT
We will need the following before we are able to pack and release your rental order.
Please send the required information to us before your scheduled pick-up.
Completed Account Forms with Trade References.
Images of the front & back of the Credit Card and matching Card Holder's ID.
A Certificate of Insurance detailing coverage for Rented / Miscellaneous Equipment
The COI should be made out to:

The coverage amount should meet or exceed the replacement value of your order.
This total can be found at the bottom of your rental quote.
A Tax Exemption Certificate if your business has a valid tax-exempt status.
A signed Rental Contract / Quote.
*It may take up to 48hrs to process your account so it is important to send your forms over quickly.
The prices listed on our site are 1-Day Rates. This is just a starting point and depending on the size and length of your rental, we will work with you on a custom quote that fits your production and budget needs. Learn more about our pricing structure below.
The day before your shoot you can pick-up after 2pm. Return the morning after your shoot by 10am for a 1-day rate.
Pick-up on Friday after 2pm and return on Monday morning by 10am.
Use the equipment for 3 to 7 days and only pay for 3-days total.
LONG TERM RENTAL
Contact us for a custom quote! We will work you to develop a package that fits your budget and gear needs.
Delivery and pick-up services are available upon request and must be scheduled in advance. Provide your rental agent with the address and delivery date/time to receive a quote.
DELIVERY & PICK-UP TIMES
Standard delivery and pick-up times are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
Delivery outside normal hours is available upon request for an additional fee.
DELIVERY & PICK-UP LOCATIONS
Standard delivery locations are within New York City.
Delivery outside of the New York City is available.
DELIVERY & PICK-UP RATES
Standard rates start at $150 each way and vary based on location, time, and package.
Rates outside of normal hours or standard locations require a custom quote.
Our dedicated Camera Facility is located in Chelsea, Manhattan. The prep floor features multiple MYT Works Opti-Glide systems for precise camera and lens testing. Checkouts are highly encouraged for cinema packages so we can work with you to ensure you have everything you need for your shoot.
SCHEDULING A CHECKOUT
Let your rental agent know when you hope to conduct your checkout so we can reserve a bay for you.
The standard start time is around 10am to allow ample room for changes.
Checkouts should be loaded out by about 5:30pm to make our freight elevator cutoff time.
COVID-19 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Our Camera Facility in Chelsea is spacious, so there is no problem conducting a checkout on our prep floor while maintaining adequate distance from others. Our equipment packing, receiving, and diagnostics areas are located on a separate floor and we have also temporarily moved our outbound area. You/your AC will likely have the floor to yourself, limited interaction with others, and you will not be subject to any in or outbound movement.
All camera checkouts must be scheduled in advance. Please discuss with your rental agent how many crew members you hope to bring to the checkout as this number needs to be approved.
At this time we are pausing client food and beverage accommodations to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Scheimpflug has a well-maintained fleet of grip trucks, Transit Vans, and production support vehicles.
Our packages are listed below, and provide a huge value - as if you rented each individual piece on the truck it would be considerably more expensive. We also offer custom packages, empty trucks, and we can cater everything to your needs - we even have drop packages if you don't need the truck, but just need the package delivered. The drop packages come on taco & head carts as well as hampers and are designed to roll into the average NY elevator. Contact us for more info.
