John Engstrom, President

“It's the culture of our people, and the incredible sum of our experiences that makes us different - makes us special, gives us an edge, and makes your job go smooth. A lot of the stuff.... You can rent from anywhere, but the special sauce is what separates us, and that's the culture and spirit of Flug."

Operations Manager

Jim Jacks

Jim Jacks is our operations Manager leading the team of technicians in our Chelsea facilities. He has been in the industry for over 30 years and has tremendous experience both technically and client wise.

Daniel Kharlak

Camera Legend

Daniel has been in the industry for more than a decade. He's a true lens and cinematography nerd - if you ever want to geek out and talk about lenses - he's your man. He's also good for coffee, I think that he drinks 256 cups a day or something like this.

Shane Sauder

Assistant Director - Lighting

All the guys in LIC are pretty nice, but Shane is definitely a crowd favorite. We paoached him from TDU, and his former passion of being a diesel mechanic. He is the most "diesel" person on our team.

Marlo Irani

3D Rig - Department Director

Marlo Irani is our 3D Technical Director. He has led our team of technicians in the creation of assets for video games, commercials, television, and advertising, working across both Bullet Time rigs and 3D rig systems.

Ramon Mane

Repairs

Ramon has been with us for a very long time. He's one of the nicest, most good natured humans that you'll ever meet. He's been repairing electronics for decades.
